This Privacy Policy describes how Sensus Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Sentio for Elementor plugin (“Plugin”), visit our website at sentioaddons.com (“Website”), or interact with any of our related services, tools, or communications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.

We do not collect, access, transmit, or store any content from your WordPress pages, posts, media, or databases.

We do not collect passwords, user credentials, or authentication tokens from your WordPress installation.
We do not inject tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or third-party analytics into the front end of your website.
We don not collect data from our free plugins without the user’s consent.

2.4 Anonymous Usage Telemetry — Sentio Widgets for Elementor (Lite)

The free Sentio Widgets for Elementor plugin distributed through WordPress.org includes an opt-in anonymous-usage telemetry feature. No data is sent to us until and unless you grant explicit consent on the plugin’s welcome screen during first activation. Consent can be revoked at any time with one click from the plugin’s Sentio → Version admin page; revoking consent triggers an immediate request to delete your site’s data row from our servers and unschedules the daily cron job.

When consent is granted, the plugin sends one HTTP POST per day to https://sentioaddons.com/wp-json/sentio-lm/v1/telemetry containing: plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, theme family (a coarse mapping of Astra / Divi / Hello Elementor / Default / Other rather than your exact theme), site locale, a one-way SHA-256 hash of your site URL (used only to deduplicate pings from the same installation; not reversible to the original URL), an optional email address only if you provided one in the welcome screen, and per-widget placement counts parsed from your Elementor pages. We do not collect or store post content, customer data, page URLs, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.

We use this data to understand which widgets are most used, what WordPress and PHP versions to prioritize for compatibility testing, and how plugin adoption is distributed across theme families. Country-level information, when needed for analytics, is read at request time from the CF-IPCountry HTTP header set by Cloudflare and is not stored alongside the telemetry record. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to any third party. We retain telemetry records for as long as the corresponding site remains active; if a site stops sending pings for an extended period, the record is removed during routine database maintenance.

If you provided an optional email address, we may use it only to notify you about important plugin updates such as security fixes or breaking changes. We do not send marketing email through this channel. To request deletion of your email or any other telemetry data outside the in-plugin opt-out mechanism, contact support@sentioaddons.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:
